Things I built to find out how far HTML and CSS go without any help. There is no JavaScript on any of these pages, so everything that moves is a checkbox and a selector.

• A punch card that works Ten columns of an IBM card. Punch the holes and the character prints along the top.
• A double, one bit at a time Sixty-four checkboxes and an IEEE 754 decoder, exact hex float included.
• A lava lamp Six circles, two filters, no images and no purpose whatsoever.
